Fab 5
Fab 5 can be utilized for people pursuing big goals but feeling like they aren't making progress. EVERY day has wins and successes. Some are small but they are still moving the "needle" on our "dashboard". The Fab 5 works from a variety of tools to help us recognize and implement the energy from the smallest of wins. My Fab 5 is a running list of what is going right. On difficult days, wins might look like "I ate lunch". On other days, wins might look like "new client". 3 Minute Expert can be utilized two ways. You hear a great idea and want to capture it for later one. OR you have a great idea and need to recognize the genius you possess! Audacious Affirmations can either be affirmations you need to remind yourself of. OR you can use it as a simple running list of goals or targets.
Impact Journal
Most people want to feel like they make a difference. Fulfillment is key to understanding just how much impact we have on the world around us. However, impact is hard to see. Sometimes we don't know for years that we impacted someone. And sadly, most of the people we impact will never share with us. The Impact Journal is a way to remind ourselves that we ARE making a difference...everyday. Today's Impact - Keep a daily tally of the times you smile. Keep a daily bullet journal of who you touched and how. Today's Impact is a reminder to look for the WHO and the HOW Impact on Me - People touch us everyday. A positive comment, a compliment or a smile. Are you taking the time to recognize the people that do amazing things for you? Ingenious Impact - Sometimes we need to notice others doing great things. Take note of who you saw do something kind. Keep a log of ideas you can use to impact others in your life and business.
